    How We Work & Our Fees

    At Arragon Vastgoed, we guide you step by step in finding and renting suitable accommodation: from identifying your preferences, through selection and viewings, to signing the rental agreement.

    Below are the five steps we follow with you to find suitable accommodation.

    Step 1

    – What type of accommodation are you looking for?
    – Are you looking for something for a fixed term or an indefinite period?
    – Is your search related to study or work?
    – For how many people are you looking for accommodation?
    – What budget range do you have in mind?
    – Are there any specific requirements that the accommodation must meet?

    Step 2

    – Based on your preferences, we will start the search.
    – We find accommodation that appears to match your requirements.
    – We will send you the details and photos.
    – Based on this information, you decide whether a viewing is desirable.
    – We schedule a viewing. This can take place in person or via a video call.
    – If the accommodation does not meet your requirements, you let us know.

    We will continue the search

    Step 3

    – If you indicate that the accommodation does not meet your requirements, we will continue the search.
    – If you indicate that you would like to rent the property.
    – We will inform the owner or letting agent.
    – The accommodation is not allocated to you.

    We continue the search

    Step 4

    – The accommodation is allocated to you.
    – The rental agreement will be drawn up.
    – The rental agreement must be signed.

    Step 5

    – The tenancy agreement, signed by both you and the landlord, will be sent to you.

    The above services are carried out entirely on a no cure, no pay basis.

    Only once a tenancy agreement signed by both parties has been concluded, the fee for this service will amount to one month’s rent excluding VAT, with a minimum of €795 excluding VAT.
